2011 goals part deux.
6) BE HEALTHIER. BE MORE ACTIVE. ONCE AGAIN, BE LESS LAZY.
I’VE ACCEPTED MY SIZE AND BUILD BUT I KNOW THAT WITH A LITTLE BIT MORE EFFORT, I COULD STAND TO TONE UP AND SLIM DOWN A LITTLE BIT. THIS PAST YEAR I REALLY CAME TO TERMS WITH MY WORK OUT STYLE; I HAD A GYM MEMBERSHIP IN 2010 BUT USED IT ONLY FOR THE FIRST 4 MONTHS (AND PAID FOR IT THE REST OF THE YEAR). I NEED A GOOD MOTIVATOR...
